Jo Mcgrath
As Chief Executive of Sector3, Jo McGrath leads the organisation's mission to elevate the voice of the voluntary, charity, faith and social enterprise sector. With over two decades of experience in the field, Jo brings expertise in community development and strategic leadership. Her deep understanding of the sector's importance enables her to effectively advocate for its recognition and support.

Vicky Shaw
As Chief Operating Officer for Sector3, Vicky manages our team of Department Lead's in ensuring Stockport’s VCFSE sector get the best value from their local infrastructure organisation. In developing stronger reporting mechanisms we can now help the VCFSE sector identify key milestones, show impact and inform on areas such as funding, campaigns and gaps in service. All aligning with the three key areas of Stockport’s VCFSE strategy.
Other key areas of Vicky’s role include managing change, managing contracts and stakeholder engagement.

Simone Callaghan
Simone co-founded and runs the Proper Good project in Stockport, supporting a strong and vibrant local social economy by providing 121 expertise, guidance and connections for Social Entrepreneurs to develop and scale their business.
Simone also runs her own Social Enterprise, The Goodness Collective, facilitating connections for good as well as her own coaching practice 'Purpose Fuelled Coaching' for women.

Clare Finch
Clare is your Business Relationships Lead, opening up relationships between businesses and our sector via the Proper Good Business Club.

Charlotte Whinyates
Charlotte is your Capacity Building Lead and is responsible for developing training & resources, led by your needs.
Charlotte works with VCFSE groups to help build capacity, and access funding.

Laura Bowers
Laura looks after Sector 3’s Marketing and Communications, raising awareness of the importance and immense value of Stockport’s VCFSE sector as well as sharing key information and resources.
Laura is available to support you with any marketing challenges and queries you may have and can conduct a Marketing & Communications Health Check with you on request.

Kaylie Chapman
Kaylie has joined the team as Senior Funding Development Lead, to help increase investment coming into Stockport’s Voluntary & Community sector.
Kaylie will spend 50% of her time supporting R Time Youth Network members and the other 50% with the wider Voluntary & Community sector in supporting organisations with the skills to write successful funding bids.

John Clarke
John has joined the team as Communities Inclusion Lead. His role is to ensure voluntary & community organisations aross Stockport are well supported and well connected, in turn building on the strengths of all our communities so our sector can be as resilient as possible.
He has many years' experience working in education, advocacy, community theatre, business support and advice with a key passion for equity, diversity and inclusion.

Tayyaba Kosir
As your Community Development Lead, Tayyaba (pronounced ty-ba) is keen to build strong relationships with Stockport communities decisions are shaped by residents to effectively drive meaningful change across the borough.

Sophie Cochrane Powell
Sophie is the Impact Lead for Sector 3, supporting the sector around monitoring, reporting and evaluation.
She is passionate about data justice, co-design and ethical storytelling. Sophie works part-time with Sector 3 delivering training, supporting the sector around evidencing need for provisions and leading on impact. In her other roles, Sophie works in design research and creative well-being.

Becca is your Grants and Finance Lead, supporting the Grants side of our service, enabling funding is distributed fairly and ethically via a robust process, informed by your needs.

Sally McFerran-Davenport
Sally is Stockport’s Violence Reduction Alliance Facilitator, supporting with the delivery of work in Stockport to reduce youth violence by addressing its root causes. Working part-time she builds strong relationships with community groups and statutory services and engages young people aged 10–25 ensuring their voices shape local priorities and solutions. She is also part of a wider network of facilitators across Greater Manchester.

Ruth Newman
Ruth comes to us with a background in grants management and monitoring and evaluation having worked with international charities. With a growing grants offer, as your Grants & Evaluation Officer, Ruth will support the administration side as well as monitoring & reporting; helping you to convey your impact.

Lizzy Nicholls
Lizzy has lots of experience volunteering, having spent time with Arc, Grit Studios and more; and understands the life-changing effect it can have. She brings this to her role as Stockport Volunteer Hub Officer.
Lizzy is looking forward to settling into the role and promoting the benefits of volunteering for all- especially those who haven't thought to do it before.
