Downloadable health & wellbeing support resources
A number of new leaflets and posters are available to download containing up-to-date contact information for support groups in Stockport who can help people stay physically and mentally well. These files can be shared with anyone who would benefit, including practitioners. Please email info.wellbeing@stockport.gov.uk if you would like printed copies. Resources include:

Free health guide for older people
The ‘Keeping Well This Winter’ booklet contains tips and advice on keeping physically well and maintaining good mental health. You can download a copy from GM’s website or if you would like hard copies of the booklet (minimum order 1000, no charge) please email: jo.garsden@greatermanchester-ca.gov.uk There is also a short film made by older people with tips on Talking about Keeping Well This Winter and a Talking Tips two-page guide.
