A space for good businesses and good people to find common ground and get support with making meaningful impact in their neighbourhoods.
The Club is a physical and digital space with the aim of making it easier to make a difference. It’s here you can get support with all things Social Value, through meeting Proper Good people who want to get things done!
Whether you’re interested in Corporate Social Responsibility, Environmental, Social & Governance; Social Value; or just doing good. This is the space for you.

Membership is open to Businesses and Community & Voluntary organisations working in Stockport.
The only requirement is that you want to actively make a difference in your community, and not just talk about it.

Pay It Forward Memberships
If you’d like to purchase a few Pay It Forward Memberships - so that we can donate them to organisations who cannot afford the Membership Fee, please get in touch with Clare via clare.finch@sector3sk.org

At a previous Proper Good Business Club meeting, focused on Youth Employment, Stockport Social Enterprise PIE discovered the need for a platform to connect local businesses with young people.
NEXT:Gen was born in partnership with Grassroots Recruitment to connect young people with local businesses to remove barriers to recruitment and enable conversations.
Looking after Employees
Businesses on Bredbury Industrial Estate met through a Proper Good Business Club meet and set up a Transport Group to identify sustainable and economical solutions for employee travel.

Annual Membership includes:

When you purchase membership, you’ll be asked to create a log in. You can then use these log in details to access the Proper Good Business Club membership site.

There is one tier of membership for businesses and one for Social Enterprises & Charities.
You can cancel your membership, however payment is made annually.

New resources are added after every Proper Good Business Club meeting.

Memberships are flexible and can be canceled at any time from your account. You’ll retain access through to the end of your current billing cycle (annually).
