Whether you organise litter picks, bring local people together, raise money for community equipment, or have an idea for a small project to improve your neighbourhood, you might be doing more community work than you realise.

This 90-minute workshop will explore how you can develop your activities, the different types of community group structures available (including CICs, CIOs and other incorporated groups), and the steps involved in setting up and running a group. We’ll help you understand the options available and find the right approach for your community project, as well as outline the steps needed to set up, and the essentials needed to run your group.
