Stockport Live Well Funding -

Small Grants

The Live Well Fund aims to enable residents to live well through access to essential needs, opportunities and support, early, to prevent serious harm further down the line.

It’s about enabling the continuation of place-based support, in the heart of neighbourhoods, delivered by people who residents trust.

As part of the Live Well movement across Greater Manchester, Live Well Stockport wants to see more residents having their say in community services, so that action is informed by and with the needs of local people.
