Live Well in Stockport Fund -

Tier 1 Grants

The Live Well in Stockport Fund aims to enable residents to live well through the funding of joined-up neighbourhood support services that meet residents’ essential needs.

It’s about investing further into place-based support, in the heart of neighbourhoods, delivered by people whom residents trust.

As part of the Live Well movement across Greater Manchester, Live Well wants to see support services delivered, driven and informed by the needs of local communities.
