Criteria:
The fund priorities have been shaped by the local Voluntary & Community sector, complemented by insights from independent reports & data.
We are looking to fund services that:
Support people from culturally diverse / global majority communities – making sure health and wellbeing services are inclusive and accessible to all.
Help young people – improving their physical and mental wellbeing, building confidence, and creating safe, supportive spaces.
Tackle social isolation – helping people who feel disconnected from their communities to build friendships and support networks.
You don’t need to already be working with these groups – this fund is to help you reach these communities through adapting your services.
Each project or service must be able to showcase its impact on reducing health inequalities of the global majority, socially isolated individuals and/or children and young people at the end of the 12-month funding period.
